What differs here

The game is the same: a bet before the throw, three dice, payment by matches. What differs is what is on the dice.

The dice

The faces carry six symbols instead of numbers: a crown, an anchor, hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs. The layout is marked with the same six.

The bet

A player bets on one or more symbols. On one die it pays 1:1, on two 2:1, on three 3:1. On none of them the bet is lost.

Worth knowing

The set of symbols is settled — a crown, an anchor and the four card suits — but any bets beyond the bet on a symbol are the table's own.

Glossary of terms
A triple
Three dice showing the same number. A bet of its own, winning on any such result.
The cage
